Corrective Exercise
Hands-on care resolves the pain. Corrective exercise makes it stick, rebuilding the strength and movement quality that keeps the problem from coming back.

Many patients use corrective exercises both to relieve aches and pains and to reach their fitness and performance goals. Dr. Lindsay prescribes a short, specific program, not a generic handout, based on what your assessment reveals.
This is the 'Rebuild' phase of the Virtuosity Method: restore the strength, mobility, and control around the area so you can return to full training with confidence.
