About
Meet Dr. Lindsay Hoffman, D.C.
An athlete's doctor who treats the body the way an athlete thinks about it, find the root cause, fix it, and get back to training.

Her story
From the pitch to the practice
Dr. Lindsay grew up a competitive soccer player. She knows what it feels like to be sidelined by an injury, and how much it matters to get back to the thing you love. That experience shaped how she practices today.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in 2014 and built Virtuosity around individualized, hands-on care. She specializes in diagnosing and resolving conditions using soft-tissue manual therapy and chiropractic treatment, safe, gentle, and effective for active people of all ages.
Her approach uses a range of techniques, diversified, Thompson drops, activator, and extremity adjusting, chosen to fit you, not a template. As her patients put it, she takes the time to explain exactly what's happening and why.

Philosophy
No "one size fits all."
Myofascial therapy lets Dr. Lindsay look at each patient as a unique individual. Two people with the "same" injury rarely need the same treatment. She finds the specific driver of your pain, treats it hands-on, and gives you a clear plan to rebuild, so you resolve the problem instead of managing it forever.
